The Blanketrol®
III is used to lower or to raise a patient’s
temperature and/or maintain a desired temperature
through conductive heat transfer. The unit uses sterile
water or water that has been passed through a filter of
less than or equal to 0.22 microns to pump heated or
cooled water to a blanket.
As with all Medical Devices/Units we recommend preventative maintenance be performed and recertification by biotechnician before patient use.
