Used. This item comes in non-original packaging.  It has scuffs and scratches from normal use.
Notes:
When power was applied, the blower ran very smoothly.  The lights turn ON, but they are not included.  We have a large quantity of these and some are wired so that the blower has to be ON in order for the lights to come ON.
