is from November 1984.  Includes article by Gary Gygax. Best of all, this issue is actually hand-signed by legendary fantasy illustrator Larry Elmore.
Scans include front and back cover as well as the content page from the inside of the magazine and the SnarfQuest strip (#16).

his particular issue is from its glory years, the 1980's
.  The magazine's popular SnarfQuest comic strip - written and illustrated by Larry Elmore - ran from 1985 to 1989.
