Perfect addition to our Echo Show 8, The 8 magnets hold the Echo Show very securely, the range of tilt allows me to have the Echo Show on the kitchen counter, but tilt it downwards, for use while seated on the couch in the living room, next to the kitchen counter, at a much lower angle. It allows the device to swivel a full 360 degrees. The mechanism is very sturdy and the tilt adjustment is firm enough to hold the position, but not too difficult to tilt and it swivels easily.
Much better than the stand originally designed for the Echo. I am pretty sure it fits the 5 version. It's just a magnet that attaches strongly at the bottom. Seems stiff alone, but functions much better once you attach it to the device.
Avoid spilled water on counter and damaged the speaker! Keeps it elevated to prevent this! It is exactly what is described. Very sturdy and attractive. Perfect for kitchen counters where a spill might occur...no more worries.

Great stand. Uses a magnet to hold the Echo. A must for the Show 8 because you can tilt and swivel it when needed. The Show 8 is a little awkward to try to use with video chat without a stand. Definitely recommended.
