We use this to make caramel macchiatos at home. I can honestly say that the results are on par with Starbucks (perhaps even better!). For iced lattes, I drizzle some on top of the ice, before drawing the espresso shot, add the cold frothed milk, drizzle some more on top and you are good to go! The great thing about this one is the caramel doesn't just settle at the bottom in gooey lumps in cold beverages. It dissolves in a few minutes to give you that extra flavor in every sip- and in regular hot drinks you can very well add this to add some sweetness (and flavor) in place of sugar or syrup
