Block felt a little warmer but might take a long time to heat up, plus I am guessing was built to stay at a certain temperature

Does appear to be operating but might need some tlc and testing to insure it is still function properly

Looks like it was built to be 35 C to 45 C
Took about 15-20 minutes to get there.
But I did open and close and switch between low and high numerous times.
In last photo you can see it heated up to the 35-45 range.
But the heat light indicator did not turn on.
It is a vintage red light bulb so might just need replaced.
