    This is a listing for vintage, original full ad sheet for Alfred Hitchcock's classics The Man Who Knew Too Much (from 1956) & Dial M for Murder (from 1954) . Ad sheets, a counterpart to the more traditional p
    ressbook,  were created by the studios to be sent out to theater exhibitors for promotional purposes, primarily to place ads in newspapers & periodicals. While pressbooks contains entire campaigns and publicity material, ad sheets contain the basic ad mats and a still for advertising in newspapers & periodicals. They were likely used for second run screenings (which were prominent in days before cable and home video). Both are complete and uncut.
