It does power on as shown in the pictures, but I don't know how to test the functionality of this item which is why it's being sold as FOR PARTS/NOT WORKING. You should only purchase this if you know you can get it to work or need it for parts. Under Texas storage auction law, this item is free and clear of liens, I own it not Coca-Cola.
