If you have issues with your tracking, please wait until the estimated time of arrival passes before messaging me. I’ve had quite a few tracking not update until the Photocard arrives to its destination. I will file a claim with USPS, but I usually do not get a response until after the Photocard arrives. I sincerely apologize for any of the inconvenience that may be created.
RETURNS: refunds can be done before I mail out the item. If buyer wants to process a return, the buyer will need to cover shipping costs to me. Once I receive the item back, I will process the refund. If you join a preorder, I will NOT allow refunds after you buy, unless the request is within 72 hours of your purchase. For preorders, refunds will only be given if the item comes to me damaged or if requested in the 72 hour time period.
