When the heater is truned the heater will shut off. This is for safety. I guarantee it will not be DOA. Comes mounted on a mobile stand with swivel caster locking wheels. This is a Panda 3500 infant warmer device with full controls and prewarm feature. Can be used with a skin sensor and has adjustable timer and built in exam light feature. SUPER NICE!!!
