We have a mystery here, folks. We have a Spanish caption with a United States (English) postcard back. The name on that tugboat on the right edge looks like Cuba. I found a 1901 article about the tugboat Cuba hauling coal to Havana from Philadelphia.
I could not find any images of this tugboat Cuba on the web. I'm guessing these docks may in Havana or Guantanamo Bay, Cuba or maybe San Juan, Puerto Rico but I'm not sure. The mountains in the background are a clue. You be the judge.
