    Description

    Up for sale is a Vintage Schumann Bavaria US Zone Reticulated Porcelain Salad Plate. Circa 1946-1949.
    The plate features a gorgeous floral design that incorporates Red, Orange, Yellow, Blue, Pink and Purple flowers and Green leaves with a Gold Gilt design around the Rim/Borders.
    The base has a mark that reads "Schumann / Bavaria / Germany / US Zone" This mark was used between 1946-1949.
    There is light wear to the gold gilt around the rim and minor wear to the paint as seen in the photos. Otherwise the plate is in excellent condition with no cracks, chips or crazing. It displays beautifully.
    Measurements are approximately:
    8 1/2" Diameter.
    5" Base Diameter.
