T260F900 AEG Silicon Controlled Rectifier
T260F900 by AEG is a 900V, 260A, Silicon Controlled Rectifier.
Original AEG part, Made in Germany.
Condition: Each one comes in its factory styrofoam box. I received all boxes opened, probably were opened long time before I received them. Most metal brackets (which hold the thyristors in place) are missing.
Most typical use of this thyristor would be in Motor control circuits or other high current / high power control circuits.

Itrms = 260A - max value for continuous operation
Weight: ~ 520 g ~ 1.2 lb
