VTG MIDWEST PAPER DOLLS & TOYS QUARTERLY LOT 1978 w/CONVENTION 1987 ISSUE RARE

I've finally started working on the photos of my old and out of print paper doll newsletters and magazines so stay tuned for new listings of these.  All of these make excellent reference material and they are where I've gained my knowledge of just about everything paper doll!!!
Janie Varsolona started the "Mid West Paper Dolls and Toys Quarterly" in the early 1970's.  She was a a collector of all things doll and had a lot of knowledge to pass on to both experienced and inexperienced collectors.  She pounded each issue out on a typewriter and did an amazing job of bringing collectors together, in large groups and in these pages.  Photos used in these were not all that clear most of the time.
This lot contains #18 Spring 1978, #19 Summer 1978 and #20 Fall 1978 plus #53 Winter 1987 which has the convention write up and photos from the 1986 "Sun, Sand and Sea" convention held in Orlando that year.  There was not Table of Contents in these.  The front page tells you what's in each issue so use the zoom feature carefully over those.  I bought these last year, all from the same collector and they came to me with a LOT of age tanning on most of the issues.  They are all readable and to my knowledge, complete.
My paper doll collection is purchased from estates, other collectors and on eBay.  I don't know the previous storage history.  My collection is kept in a smoke/pet free area of my home with a dehumidifier running 24/7.  People did smoke back then, I have a poor sense of smell at my age and that could linger without my knowledge.  I welcome any questions that you might have.
