**SHIPPING NOTICE** This item(s) will need to be shipped freight. We can arrange the shipping for you, or you can arrange it on your end. Either way, there is a fee for labor & materials to palletize your item, which takes 1-2 business days. Also, if you choose to arrange the shipping, we will need the complete BOL on file before we can release your item(s). You may also pick up your item(s) in person for no charge.
Item Condition:
Incubator was plugged in and powered on. It was able to heat up. No further testing was done. Condition may include some minor cosmetic scratches/blemishes due to age and/or normal wear and tear.

We have a 30-Day return policy any returns must be completed within that time frame.
All returns must have prior approval before shipping back to us.
All Items must be returned in same condition they were received.
We may ask for pictures or other proof of the non-functioning item.
If any item was damaged in shipment this must be made aware otherwise your refund for the return may be denied.
Any non-defective returns or orders cancelled after payment may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
