Israeli airstrike hits residential building in Beirut’s southern suburbs

BEIRUT, Sept. 28 (Xinhua) — An Israeli airstrike hit a residential building near Mar Mikhael Church in Dahieh, Beirut’s southern suburbs, resulting in casualties, Lebanese TV channel al-Jadeed reported.
TV footage showed ambulances and civil defense teams rushing to the area to transport the casualties to hospitals. ■
